It is used solely by our internal staff to connect you with mentor parents in your county, deliver age-appropriate developmental resources, and tailor our clinical supports to fit your family's exact needs.

Your intake connection form has been successfully and securely submitted. A dedicated Green River Area Down Syndrome Association staff member or a local parent mentor in your county will contact you by phone or email within 2 to 3 business days to welcome your family personally, deliver your customized resource toolkit, and introduce you to regional opportunities. If you are a new parent of a newborn, please expect a special delivery of our hospital newborn basket soon.
