Tax Receipts and Valuation Guidelines

Every donation registered with Green River Area Down Syndrome Association’s silent auction program will receive a formal tax-acknowledgment letter within 15 business days of item receipt.

Under IRS guidelines, the tax-deductible portion of your contribution is limited to the value of the donated item.
For tax purposes, donors are requested to establish the fair market valuation of their donated services or goods on the form above.

Rest assured that all physical assets will be stored securely in our climate-controlled office until event day.
If your item requires custom brochures, marketing cards, or stand-up counter displays, feel free to include those with your shipment.
